Dry hair

My hair has been dry but looks oily since i’ve started using sea salt spray. I already stopped using the spray and it also caused a lot of dandruff, dandruff and hair loss runs in my family. Does anybody know any tips on how to fix the dryness?

I used to have the same problem

Try using only water it might work, for me it did but I cant guarantee you. I tried getting rid of it with conditioners and creams what just made it even worse in the end, so you should probably stay away from that.

My personal shower routine is using water everyday and 1-2 times a week I use egg yolk to make them less oily.

for me, i used head and shoulders dandruff shampoo, which really fixed my dandruff and my dry hair. i dont know about you but dry hair also happened when i would sleep with wet hair, so i switched to morning showers. i suggest you try both, and only apply head and shoulders dandruff shampoo on your hair thats near your scalp, to save it lol

I had the Same Problem, i just used hot water to clean my hair and it stopped
