Honestly, was really good. I would give it a 8/10.

Lamb Is not the best quality meat but it was really so good, I had rosemary, butter, paprika, dried thyme, and salt & pepper.

With a side of 2 eggs and 8oz of milk.

It was really tender and juicy, I deadass did not even use my fork lmfao.

Highly recommend!

Honestly a really simple meal

2tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
Rosemary
Paprika
Dried Thyme

I seared it on medium heat on a cast iron pan for 5 minutes on each side

(works with most different cuts of meat as well)
