What does not belong here:


Personal health questions belong in the relevant forum section. Supplement specific discussions belong in Supplements & Vitamins. Do not post misinformation or unverified claims without clearly labeling them as such.


Posting tips:


Always link your sources when sharing research. Clearly distinguish between correlation and causation when discussing studies. Be open to having your sources challenged and debated. Consider the quality and credibility of your sources before posting. Anecdotal evidence is welcome but should be clearly labeled as such.
