What does not belong here:


Supplement discussions belong in Supplements & Vitamins. Diet and nutrition questions belong in Nutrition & Diet. Sleep and recovery discussions belong in Sleep & Recovery.

Be specific about your training goals and current level when asking for advice. Share your current program when asking for feedback. Back up claims with evidence where possible. Respect that different training approaches work for different people.
