There are still some good vegetables like i would say bell peppers and cucumbers and carrots are on the better end of the spectrum. think about this, If something has no nutrients that you can’t get in animal foods, and it contains negative things such as oxalates, goitrogens, fiber, phytic acid etc. then why would you put it in your body vs a steak? from a simple logical standpoint, vegetables are missing 26 nutrients you either want or need, things you'll only find in meat.
