Hello again, nutria.onl;
Today I wanted to ask of a simpler question, with that being; does cardio exercise (running, jogging, sprinting) noticeably affect water storage within your face, resulting in a bloated look?
I am slightly confused because pneumo (@pneumocytosis), one of the biggest looksmax.org icons in 2023, said cardio doesn't affect facial bloat as much as we think. He also had stated that carbs aren't stored in our face, if not barely, like some people would assume (carbs = facial bloat, as some people would say).
Now, you may wonder why I am not using Google or ChatGPT, this is because you guys are very educated in this field (especially how food affects your looks), and I would rather talk to a human (I have mentioned this in another thread).
I also am curious as to what food creates facial bloat more than others (for example, food A stores ___ in your face more, making cardio less effective in the moment. with food B doing the exact opposite)? This may not exist, but it's important to ask in case it is.
Thank you for your input and time.
