I’ve been trying to learn ft my hyoid via chin tucks but I’ve been seeing mixed signals online as to if they’re cope or not. I’ve been doing 3x10 twice a day for a week and haven’t noticed a difference. I know change comes with time but I don’t want to waste my time if possible.
