Chin tucks cope?

I’ve been trying to learn ft my hyoid via chin tucks but I’ve been seeing mixed signals online as to if they’re cope or not. I’ve been doing 3x10 twice a day for a week and haven’t noticed a difference. I know change comes with time but I don’t want to waste my time if possible.
 
chin tucks improve posture and won’t make a significant difference but they’re not cope
