duuuuuuuude I had someone ask me how to bone smash because they knew I did looksmaxxing and I told them to hit their arm with a hammer 50 times and it would make it thicker if you did it daily for 3 months and right when we got home from school that same kid sent me a snap of him hitting his forearm for like 1 min and 15 seconds straight like a idiot
