How do I softmaxx more bone growth during puberty?

I'm a freshman rn and my bones are really bad I have a flat face and my zygos are barely showing. I want to increase my bone growth during puberty but I don't know how

You arnt able to soft max your zygos really. Bone smashing all these TikTok methods don’t work. The only permanent solution would be hard maxing. I assume because your zygos are recessed that your pallet is small. You could get a pallet expander which is probably the best option at your age.

Do you think braces would ascend or descend me since my teeth are really crooked an mess with my face a bit?

If you do have a small pallet then your teeth are probably crooked due to crowding. If you get a pallet expander and braces I think it would definitely ascend you

I strongly suggest going to your orthodontist and seeing what they could do. A pallet expansion with braces at the same time or after would be ideal
