If you have acute acne take isotret/tret
Otherwise (slightly controversial) ghk does work for the skin 'glow', look at skinmax guides on org or smth for more info
For height its pretty over considering this
If you deem it worth it, [inb4 HighIQ] theres lots of ways to heightmax (apart from the basic muh hgh+ai) most notably fgfr3 inhibs, cxxc5 inhib, socs2, aas, sags, sco240, pthrp analouges, voso/navep, foxo4dri also Indirubin apparently and some other stuff which isnt that important/valid
Most of those would cost rather a lot tho
