What belongs here:


Sleep optimization and sleep hygiene, sleep tracking and wearables, napping and polyphasic sleep, recovery protocols after training, stress management and cortisol, rest days and deload weeks, and the relationship between sleep and hormonal health.


What does not belong here:


Supplement discussions for sleep belong in Supplements & Vitamins. General fitness and training recovery belongs in Fitness & Training. Mental health discussions belong in Off Topic.


Posting tips:


Be specific about your sleep issues or goals when asking for advice. Share your current sleep schedule and environment when asking for feedback. Reference scientific sources where possible.
