Nutria.onl is looking for dedicated moderators to help keep the community clean, organized, and a great place for everyone. If you are passionate about health, nutrition, and building a quality community this may be the opportunity for you.

Requirements

Before applying make sure you meet all of the following requirements. Applications that do not meet these will be automatically denied.

• Must have a minimum of 50 posts or threads per week consistently
• Must have a clean warning history — no active warnings or bans
• Must be active daily or near daily on the forum
• Must be mature, level headed, and fair in your interactions with other members
• Must have a good understanding of the forum rules and guidelines
• Must be able to remain neutral in disputes and not abuse your position
• Must not share mod decisions or private information with regular members
• Must not use your position to benefit yourself or friends
• Must not engage in drama or take sides in member conflicts

What moderators do:

• Monitor threads and posts for rule violations
• Issue warnings and remove content that breaks the rules
• Help new members navigate the forum
• Report serious issues to admin
• Keep forums organized and on topic

What moderators must NOT do:

This section is extremely important. Violation of any of these will result in immediate removal from the mod team and a potential ban.

• Do not abuse your moderator powers — warnings, bans, and deletions are tools, not weapons. Using them out of personal frustration or to target members you dislike is an instant removal offense
• Do not warn or ban members you have a personal conflict with — if you are involved in a dispute with a member, step back and let another mod handle it
• Do not share private moderator discussions — what happens in mod channels stays there. Leaking mod team conversations to regular members will result in immediate removal
• Do not reveal the identity of anonymous reporters — if a member reports a post, their identity is strictly confidential
• Do not use your mod powers to protect friends — if your friend breaks a rule they get the same treatment as anyone else. No exceptions
• Do not issue warnings or bans without proper reason — every action must have a clear rule violation behind it. Personal opinions are not a valid reason to take action
• Do not delete content without documenting it — all removals must be logged and reported to admin
• Do not make promises to members about mod decisions — you do not speak for the entire team and cannot guarantee outcomes
• Do not engage in arguments with members in public threads — if a member is giving you trouble handle it privately or escalate to admin
• Do not take action when you are emotionally involved — if something personally upsets you, step away and let another mod handle it
• Do not discuss ongoing investigations or ban appeals publicly — these are handled privately between the mod team and admin only
• Do not use your mod access to view private information for personal reasons — mod tools exist to protect the community, not to satisfy curiosity
• Do not demote, promote, or change member ranks without admin approval
• Do not make announcements or post official statements without admin approval
• Do not go rogue — all major decisions must be discussed with the team first. Acting alone on serious matters is not acceptable

How applications are reviewed:

Applications are reviewed by the admin team. You may be contacted for a follow up interview via direct message. Decisions are final and we will not always provide a reason for denial. Do not message admins asking about the status of your application. You will be contacted if selected.
