I've had really bad acne but got it under control now, my only worry is my acne staring. I've been using a cleanser, benzoyl peroxide, azelaic acid, niacinamide booster and a exfoliant. I've had chemical peels and micro needling done which did help a lot but the doctor i was seeing moved away so I'm unable to continue. I'm looking for some way for me to speed up the healing of acne scarring. I haven't used a moisturiser in a while which could help. Accutane also isn't easy for me to get because where i live i need a dermatologist to prescribe it to me but the aren't any in my town and any close ones have a long waiting list. Anything would help

Keep micro needling and use AHA/BHA acid

Why don’t you use moisturiser? Dry skin can make scarring worse. Some good ingredients are mandelic acid, tranexamic acid and vit c in the morning. Also ik taking glutathione helps as well. Your skin barrier sounds like it’s crying, you use a lot of abrasive products, also what abt sunscreen
