Whenever I want to debloat I only eat chicken breast cucumber and also eggs cuz that gets me the leanest but also I get hungry bored and just thinking about food. But then when I eat fruits which has sugar and carbs that gets me water retention or a lil bloated and sodium if I want but I only eat 780 mg with potassium to balance which doesn’t do nothing and I still feel bloated. So what should or can I do to just be debloated the correct way maybe and still get that debloated look.
