Debloating is one of the things that hold back the majority of people from improving their looks, and it's one of the easiest things to fix too.
What is bloating?
Bloating is when your face looks puffy, swollen, or soft. This usually affects your under-eye area, jawline, and cheeks.
Example of debloating (minimal)

Is fat the only thing that causes bloating?
Usually, no. Bloating can come from gas buildup, water retention, digestion issues, etc.
HOW TO ACTUALLY DEBLOAT
Drinking Water
Believe it or not, drinking a bunch of water will help you debloat. This will assist with flushing out excess sodium.
Doing Cardio
Cardio based exercises and habits such as walking, running, cycling, and other things that make you sweat in general helps get excess fluid out of your body
Increasing Potassium Intake
Eating foods with potassium, such as bananas, avocados, and more help with balancing sodium and reducing water retention. Drinking coconut water also helps.
Sauna
Sauna helps you sweat easily without physical struggle.
Sleep & Stress
Getting a good amount of sleep and managing your stress levels will help with cortisol.
Eating Clean
Ensure to avoid high-sodium foods and other unhealthy foods.
Thanks for reading, happy debloating, feel free to comment for any things I should add/change.
