❓Question How do i obtain more bone growth?

I’ve posted myself in my other thread and i’m apparently boneless and i need to somehow grow them. i have recessed infraorbitals and i don’t have prominent features. I’m a freshmen in highschool. about 5’9. 145 pounds. Anything helps really, i don’t want to ldar.
