nah youre hyoid is barly visible in the picture just youre rescessed jaw so ion think you have to do anything about youre hyoid.

Imo I don’t think you need surgery I think you could easily slay (you look good). Less invasive methods include orthodontics or fillers and some surgical method you can do are impants(fillers r better for the lower third imo), jaw surgery , mandibular surgery(imo this is the most suitable one for u) and Sliding Genioplasty ig.
