For this guide im gonna cover natural ways to fall asleep easyier and to get a deeper sleep (never use melatonin it will kill you if you stop taking it)
one of the best ways it to reset your circadian rhythm which I won't go in depth about in this guide but mainly for resetting your circadian rhythm is to just treat your sleep schedule like the sun whenever you wake up get 10-30 mins of sunlight this is EXTREMELY important and dim your room as the sun goes down and I would recommend getting blackout curtains and the darker the better for natural melatonin, also put your phone laptops pcs monitors on night mode it will take alot of getting used to but it will improve sleep quality, also start treating your bed as SLEEP ONLY PLACE if you lay in your bed during the day it tells your brain to do what you were doing instead of sleeping this will help alot, STOP USING ALARM CLOCKS try to wake up naturally it will improve groggyness in the mornings also get 8-12 but avoid too much as it will work against you, also just try to tire yourself out during the day and only lay in your bed when you are tired and ready to go to sleep do not lay their just sitting their wide a wake it will do more harm then good, also hot showers or baths (preferably baths) just to calm yourself down it helps alot, NO COLD SHOWERS ITS COPE, also just buy good cotton bed sheets avoid polyester, aim for colder temps beetween 60-70 and have a fan for white noise, no caffeine 8-10 hours before bed, this should cover just about everything if any questions ask
