One thing worth fixing though is the D3 dosage, 100–200 Β΅g is actually 4,000–8,000 IU which is pretty high for a general recommendation, most people just need around 15–20 Β΅g (600–800 IU) daily, so definitely worth correcting since people will follow this.

Vitamin K2 Is important to use when u have D3. D3 without K2 makes calcuim go to blood vessels, but pairing it with K2 ensures it goes straight to your bones.

you should probably add that your body needs other supps (like copper) to properly produce gh!!! A good amount of people alr have around ideal copper levels but if they don’t the zinc is kinda useless
