Just wait till you’re older. All these young kids think they need to hop on stuff to ascend when they haven’t even given themselves the chance to grow. At the very soonest take stuff at 16. Until then workout, eat healthy, drink water and do cardio
don't get on hormone boosters until you're older, height doesn't matter much at 13. know plenty of people that were like 5 foot at 13 and grew up to be near 6 foot if not taller naturally. for weight, just workout like zzar said, eat clean.
