I don’t have enough money to go to the gym so do you think like walking/running or like some at home exercises would suffice? And what do u think of supplements and peptides like retatrutide for weight loss?

You look pretty young. You can take topical peptides but I advise against pinning them till your 16. Running would be the best for burning some of that fat and getting leaner
