Raw meat is incredibly healthy when sourced extremely well. In my opinion, its not worth spending all the time and energy finding perfectly safe raw meat. I would simply eat the steak blue and lose 2% nutrients maximum while getting rid of all risk. and add so much flavor (so many of these influencers are fs forcing themself to eat it, they dont even like it). The only other thing are when people talk about carcinogens mainly concerning AGES which 1. Isn't as serious as people say and 2. Just dont sear the steak, cook it slow and brown it rather than char it (that is where so much flavor is though). Other than all this, its hard asf to chew which is technically good for you but consider that too.
