Personally I’ve tried about every gym split under the sun and the one that has helped the most without making me exhausted all the time is upper / lower 4 days a week ( monday: upper Tuesday: lower Wednesday: rest day Thursday: upper Friday: lower) if you are consistently doing this while progressively overloading you will gain a f ton of muscle and you will not be mentally and physically tired all the time and it is good if you don’t like going to gym every day
. The only thing bad about this is that if you do like going to the gym everyday it will not fit for you. I highly recommend trying this out for at least 6 months and trust me the progress will show . Any other questions about this lmk
