i am 15 years old, and for the past 5 months I’ve been doing the same workout plan every other day.
20 push ups x 3, 8 pull ups x 3 (I improved, went from 2 to 8) and 15 dips x 3. I can not go to the gym and do NOT know much about this topic. I have good genetics for building muscle. Please tell me what to improve, what other exercises I could do and etc..

It'd help to do actual gym exercises like at an actual gym instead of home made workouts. I suggest eating your bodyweight in protein to put on muscle and get the creatine from what you're eating before you go to the gym. Like eating a steak, waiting 1hr and going to the gym after.

Follow a split and find what would work best for you, how much do you weigh?

I’d love to go to the gym but I simply can’t since my parents don’t allow me😭. I weight 63 rn at 175

parents don't allow you bro what??? 😭

gotta convince them. 6'3 at 175 though is above average. I suggest just sticking to @alex's nutritions plan. He eats purely animal based, either ground beef, salmon, sardines, any cut of meat, fruit, raw honey, dairy, implementing that diet would help put on more muscle while doing actual workouts.

Yeah bro i have no idea why they don’t allow me to. I might go secretly when I earn some money.
By 6’3 I believe you mean 63, and yeah, that’s above hit I have muscle mass. Thanks for the help

If you can't workout then try to get a manual labor job, but for strength specifically, progressive overload is the main driver

I can workout outside of the gym, like callisthenics. And they do not allow me to do any of those jobs until I’m 16 here

yeah you can get stronger doing calisthenics but its a longer process, again just try to progressively overload
