❓Question acne

i’ve looked online and i’ve come to the conclusion that to minimize acne, focus on low-glycemic foods (whole grains, veggies), omega-3 fatty acids (salmon, walnuts), and probiotics (yogurt, sauerkraut) that reduce inflammation. To reduce acne, avoid high-glycemic foods (sugar, white bread) and dairy, which can increase insulin and boost sebum production. You might want to look into the different kinds of low to high-glycemic foods so you know more variety of what to eat and avoid. im not an expert so you should also do your own research on specific foods that minimize acne but this is just what i’ve come across.
