cant compare yourself to someone else gym wise, its hard to but it will make you forever unsatisfied with your own progress
 
Ive been going to gym for over 4 months (if u seen my other post u know it). Im have always going to gym with one of my good frend lets call him Lk. Me and Lk has good cemistry and shi and we are very good frend, we support each other and love when someone of us progress good. About 2 months ago ive seen that Lk got wayy past me like 2 months ago we benched 40kg, Now its he benches 55kg and me fucking 47.5kg. Now these couple of weeks hes been cruising gym and getting records and shi every fucking day. Ive been not talking to him lot recenetly. Im so sad like im crying every night thinking why am I so fucking loser and bad like how is he getting so good while im here rotting my ass off in forums tryna be better. Im so close to fucking roping this shi is getting so bad like my cat is dying soon and summer is getting so close and i havent made any progress at all I think. Im wondering should I js hop on cycle like other ones do I mean im 5'9½ 63kg and 14y old so I really dont fucking care anymore and if it fails Imma js **** or smth but I js want to express my feeling here and can someone say like should I js hop on and forget this sadness or what? Im thinking abt tren a, and so on other peptide Not on roids tho. I have so much fat like I have no visible abs while Lk has low bf and is leaner and stronger and more better physic. Atleast on lm side im like mtn and hes ltn and hes 5'8 jfl.

Bench press is a skill; it could be that his CNS or coordination allows him to bench more while being comparably strong. But even if your friend is stronger, that shouldn't concern you this much. I understand why you're upset, but four months is nowhere near enough time to really understand your body. I've been going to the gym on and off for three years, and I feel like I'm only now starting to understand it at an intimate level. Give it time and don't take his progress personally
